AMD Llano processors with new graphics core (now called APU) based on FM1 platform with A75 motherboards provide hefty CPU performance and at the same time discrete video card level performance from it's GPU chip. There are 2 APU's currently available with more coming down the road: A6 3650 and A8 3850, which feature ATI 6530D and 6550D GPU chips respectively. From the name of the GPU's you can tell what performance they offer approx - it will be around discrete 6550 or little less, but much higher than with 6450. CPU performance part of those new quad core APU's is around older Athlon II X4 processors , which is not bad, but not great either, basically it's quite on par with integrated GPU performance so it is pretty well balanced if you use as it was intended. Both parts consume only 100W and are quite suitable for HTPC and home theaters and such. GPU performance is excellent for games like World of Warcraft and many others, most current titles can be ran with good settings too.
